Crosstown Brewing Co. has introduced a new limited beer for spring with Mojo Blood Orange Wheat Beer.
The one-off release debuted last Friday at Crosstown’s taproom, on draft and in six-packs of 12-ounce cans to go.
Wider distribution is expected this week, with the beer set to hit grocery shelves — including a newly designated Crosstown specialty section at Kroger — as well as select bars and restaurants around Memphis.
Mojo Blood Orange, 5% ABV, is a crisp, easy-drinking warm-weather option, featuring a juicy blood orange flavor complemented by a light citrus zest and just a touch of hop character.
Crosstown was a recipient of a Mojo of Midtown Memphis award last week, providing the inspiration behind the beer’s name.
