The 2025 Science of Beer, a tasting event designed to help unlock new levels of beer knowledge, is returning to the Pink Palace Museum & Mansion on Friday, January 17.
The event will showcase beer tastings from over a dozen local breweries, homebrewers and beer distributors, food from area restaurants and educational opportunities to help you discover the science behind your pint.
The Science of Beer — one of the best annual parties with a local craft beer focus — will run from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Pink Palace, 3050 Central Ave.
Tickets are on sale now and include general admission and VIP options, plus designated driver passes. MoSH members are also eligible for a discount.
