Memphis Made Brewing Co. is bringing back HOPPED, its annual hoppy beer festival, for an 8th year on April 22, from noon to 10 p.m.

The festival is free and features a bunch of limited-run hoppy ales released throughout the day, as well as other fun activities. The first 100 customers will receive a HOPPED 2023 glass.

“We started HOPPED in 2015 to give our brewers a chance to experiment a bit. Spring is when hoppy beers start to really take off, so it seemed like a good time to have the festival,” said Andy Ashby, Memphis Made co-founder.

“Similarly, we have MALTED in November as a way to explore darker beers.”

HOPPED will feature live music from The Turnstyles at 1 p.m., followed by The Late Greats at 3 p.m. Gourmade and Dim Sum will have their food trucks parked in the brewery’s lot during the festival.

In addition, Board to Beers will have their pop-up truck on site with a wide variety of board and table games.

Memphis Made is located at 768 S. Cooper St. in Midtown.
