Soul & Spirits Brewery will once again spotlight Belgian-style brewing with a one-day festival on Saturday, April 18, from 1 to 8 p.m.
The event centers on the return of Ophelia Saison, a seasonal release that has become a spring staple for the Downtown Memphis brewery. Inspired by traditional Belgian farmhouse ales, Ophelia is a 6.5%-ABV saison with a light, effervescent body, peppery spice, and citrus and fruit notes.
Alongside Ophelia, the brewery will roll out a lineup of limited, Belgian-inspired beers brewed specifically for the festival. This year’s offerings include:
- Messin’ with the Wit (Witbier), 5%
- Sanctified (Trappist Single), 5.5%
- Breakdown (IPA), 6.7%
- How Strong (Dark Strong), 10.1%
- Change Golden (Golden Strong), 8.2%
