UPDATE, 12-5-23: Ticket prices have been cut to $75 per person. People who have already purchased a ticket will receive a $25 Bardog Tavern gift card upon arrival at the dinner.
Hampline Brewing Co. is teaming up with Bardog Tavern for a beer dinner next week in Downtown Memphis.
The “Bear of the Dog” beer dinner — Hampline’s bear logo is inspired by Natch, the first bear at the Memphis Zoo — is happening Wednesday, Dec. 6, at Bardog, 73 Monroe Avenue. The event starts at 6 p.m.
The dinner will feature 8 oz.-pours of Hampline beers paired with a five-course meal from Bardog’s kitchen. The menu includes:
- Starter: Tuna Carpaccio w/ Handlebar Haze New England IPA
- First Course: Asparagus Bisque w/ Natch Lager
- Second Course: Beet Salad w/ Cherry Bomb Cherry Amaretto Gose
- Third Course: Beef Wellington w/ Hoot & Haller Pilsner
- Dessert : Pumpkin Cheesecake w/ Dunk Tank Oktoberfest
Tickets are $97.32 at Bardog Tavern or online at EventBrite, with additional fees, for $107.42. The price includes tax and gratuity.
