Memphis Made Brewing Co. is teaming up with Central BBQ on Saturday, Aug. 19, for an Ale to Tail beer dinner.
The event will feature a slow-smoked whole hog from Central founder Craig Blondis, along with side dishes from chef Marisa Griffith.
Memphis Made will be pouring Cat Nap IPA, Fireside Amber Ale, GonerBrau, along with some seasonal and limited beers.
The event will be hosted at Central BBQ’s downtown location, 147 E. Butler, from 6 to 9 p.m. on Aug. 19. Tickets are $75 plus fees and can be purchased online.
