Char Restaurant in East Memphis is hosting a beer pairing dinner with brews from Soul & Spirits on Tuesday, April 4. The event will help mark National Beer Day, which is celebrated later next week.
The four-course beer pairing dinner, which starts at 6:30 p.m., will feature a menu created by Chef David Loggins, with beer pairings for each course from Soul & Spirits’ Ryan Allen, the brewery’s co-founder.
