City Brew Tours Memphis has earned national recognition from Tripadvisor, ranking No. 4 on the travel site’s list of the best wine and beer tours in the United States for 2026.
The tour company received a Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best award for its Memphis brewery tour, an honor based on reviews and ratings submitted by travelers over a 12-month period.
City Brew Tours Memphis launched in December 2023 and is owned and operated by Memphis native Brian Thompson. The company offers public and private guided tours that visit three or four local breweries, depending on the tour, with prices starting at $69 per person. Tours include transportation between breweries, beer samples, food, and information about the brewing process and Memphis beer scene.
The Memphis operation is a locally owned franchise of City Brew Tours, which was founded in Burlington, Vermont, in 2008.

Thompson thanked guests who have taken the tour and left reviews, adding, “It’s proof that passion and a few good dad jokes go a long way.”
