Midtown nanobrewery Urban Consequence Brewing Co. is expanding its taproom hours and will now be open on Thursdays.
“Several customers have asked if we planned to open more during the week, but we haven’t really had the staff to pull it off,” owner Jeff Sable told Memphis Beer Blog.
“We’ve been able to expand our staff a bit recently, so we have the capability.”
Sable said he hopes people will stop by with colleagues and friends after work to unwind. Urban Consequence is also family and pet friendly, he added.
Urban Consequence will now be open from 4 to 10 p.m. on Thursdays, which is the same as the brewery’s Friday taproom hours.
It’s also open Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays from 2 to 8 p.m.
Urban Consequence, which is located at 239 Cooper Street, opened in May 2023.
