Hampline Brewing Co. picked up its third win as the audience’s choice for Best Beer at the Science of Beer tasting event earlier this month.
To celebrate, Hampline is throwing a “Trophy Homecoming” party this weekend on Saturday, Jan. 27.
The event will feature $5 drafts and complimentary snacks from Crave Sweets, which won Best Restaurant honors at the Science of Beer.
Hampline brought an array of beers to the Science of Beer, including Tandem Pilot, Gravity Defier, Memphis Natch, Cherry Bomb and Peel Out.
In addition to Hampline, MFS Brewing won second place and Cooper House Project took third in the audience voting.
The Science of Beer, which was held Jan. 12, is an annual event that raises money for education and programming at the Memphis Museum of Science & History.
