Cooper-Young restaurant Tsunami is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and Memphis Made Brewing Co. has brewed a limited-edition beer for the occasion.

Pau Hana Ale, 5.5% ABV, was brewed with Kveik yeast and has notes of jasmine rice, brown sugar, Thai basil, lime and coriander.

In Hawaii, Pau Hana translates to “done working,” and is synonymous with happy hour.

Pau Hana Ale is available on draft and in cans at Memphis Made’s taproom, 768 S. Cooper St.

Chef Ben Smith’s Tsunami, which opened its doors on July 14, 1998, is located down the street at 928 S. Cooper St.
